IRON FIST

My team and I at Ignition partnered with Netflix to create the Global Digital Toolkit and high impact ad units for Marvel’s Iron Fist. We powered the campaign with fluid motion designs, 3D glowing fist effects and interactive html5 animations across mobile and desktop display ads and takeovers.

Working with IGN, The Chive and Gamestop, we created a series of hidden page takeovers that displayed after fans entered the classic easter egg Konami Code, UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT B A. This launched an interactive experience where fans could “power up” Danny’s Iron Fist to break through the page and reveal 3 unique exclusive clips from the series across the 3 media sites.

SNAPCHAT AD
Our targeted Snapchat Ad also tested fans to Find Their Balance in an accelerometer game to unlock exclusive Iron Fist content. Overall, our campaign packed a serious punch with intense video sampling to set up Iron Fist’s arrival on Netflix, streaming worldwide March 17.
